CogWell provides digital services in the field of cognitive and emotional assessment, including online questionnaires concerning attention, concentration, memory, and mood, as well as reports and professional services in accordance with the description of the service purchased on the website.

Use of the website and purchase of services through it are subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purchase Terms
Purchases on the website are intended for persons aged 18 and over.
Where a service is purchased for a minor, the purchase and acceptance of the terms shall be made by a parent or legal guardian authorized to do so.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The price of the service, the nature of the service, and its contents are displayed on the service page before completion of the purchase.
Payment is processed through external payment service providers. CogWell does not store full credit card details.
3. Delivery of the Service
Following payment approval, a payment confirmation and a link to continue the process or to access the questionnaire, as applicable to the service purchased, will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
A tax invoice/receipt will be sent to you in a separate email from Morning.
Where the purchased service includes a report, the report will be provided within up to 7 business days from completion of the questionnaires and submission of the information required for its preparation, unless otherwise stated on the service page or otherwise communicated to the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
4. Nature of the Service
The questionnaires and digital tools on the website form part of an assessment process in accordance with the service purchased.
The questionnaire itself is not a substitute for a full medical examination, personalized medical advice, or appropriate medical treatment.
Where the service includes an assessment, diagnosis, professional report, or professional opinion, these will be provided in accordance with the description of the service and by an appropriately qualified professional.
The service is not intended for medical or mental health emergencies. In an emergency, appropriate medical or emergency services should be contacted without delay.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The quality of the assessment and the resulting output may be affected by the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
CogWell does not undertake or guarantee any particular medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or functional outcome.
5. Transaction Cancellation and Refunds
A request to cancel a transaction may be sent by email to: ram901@gmail.com
The request should include the customer's name and information sufficient to identify the transaction.
Cancellation of a transaction and any refund will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the law applicable to distance-selling transactions.
Where the service has not yet commenced and the transaction may be cancelled under applicable law, the refund will be made in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
If the service has already commenced at the customer's request, including opening a personal questionnaire, providing responses, processing information, professional review, preparation of a report, or holding a meeting, entitlement to a refund, if any, will be determined in accordance with the stage of performance of the service and applicable law.
In all cases, mandatory provisions of law shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
6. Privacy – Information Collected
For the operation of the website and provision of the service, CogWell may collect and process personal information, including name and contact details such as email address and telephone number, details of the service purchased and the transaction, information provided through questionnaires, and information that may relate to a person's health, cognitive, emotional, or functional condition.
7. Purposes of Use of Information
The information is collected and processed for research, statistical purposes, provision of the purchased service, processing of responses, preparation of reports and professional outputs, contacting the customer, managing payment and the transaction, providing service and support, securing the systems, preventing misuse, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
The information will not be used for a purpose that is inconsistent with the purposes for which it was collected, except in accordance with applicable law or with appropriate consent.
8. Disclosure of Information and Service Providers
For the purpose of providing the service, CogWell may use technological and external service providers, including hosting providers, questionnaire systems, email and communication services, payment processing services, Morning for payment and document issuance, and information-processing services required for the provision of the service.
Information will be provided to such suppliers only to the extent required for the provision and operation of the service.
CogWell does not sell customers' personal information to third parties.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or a binding request from a competent authority.
9. Information Security
CogWell implements organizational and technological measures designed to protect information in accordance with the nature and sensitivity of the information and the requirements of applicable law.
Such measures may include the use of encrypted communications, restrictions on permissions and access to information, and additional technological safeguards.
